Pie de Salón Floor Lamp

Description

Renowned surrealist sculptor and painter Jaume Sans hung out with Picasso, Dalí, and Calder in pre-Spanish Civil War Barcelona and later originated furniture designs in his own household. Pie de Salón from 1963 features a polished brass or chrome-plated shaft luxuriously clad in leather on a tripod base. The height-adjustable floor lamp offers varied shade styles: the conical G1 and G3 and the straight-sided G2—in white linen, stitched parchment or hand-finished colored ribbon.
