Description
Japanese rice paper lanterns were the inspiration behind Louis Weisdorf’s renowned 1965 pendant made of a dozen spiraling slats that form a flower-like globe to shield the light source. Weisdorf’s passion for multiple repeating elements gives his simple sphere a complex structure that lends an airy sculptural quality. Fashioned in powder-coated aluminum in crisp matte white, and available in 2 sizes with both a matching canopy and a ceiling-hook mount included.
