Description

An icon of Midcentury design, Robin Day’s 1964 armchair features a visible frame in hardwood crafted with finger-joint detail and chrome-plated legs mounted to the outside. Reissued by Case from the original drawings, the attention to detail includes recreating the exact seat angle and full width-timber plank casing in solid walnut or oak with a metal-reinforced sub-structure for strength and longevity. Foam and Dacron-fill seat cushions offer upholstery in black or mocha leather or bouclé.
