Gio Table Light

Description

San Francisco and Brooklyn-based Ammunition — Cooper Hewitt National Design Award winners, five-time Fast Company most innovative design studio — looked to Italian lighting of the 1970s as their reference point: the decade when designers like Joe Colombo and Gino Sarfatti were treating geometric form as personality, not just structure. The Gio Table Light is their translation: two rounded block shapes interlocking seamlessly, opaque body meeting translucent diffuser, no visible seam between them.
